Vancouver Court donates $3,500.00 to A.M.E. Fund

The Imperial Sovereign Court of the Raintree Empire donated $3,500.00 to the Audria M. Edwards Scholarship Fund at their annual Investitures on Sunday, May 17, 2009 at the Fraternal Order of the Eagles Lodge in downtown Vancouver. Over $14,800.00 was donated in total to the A.M.E. Fund, The Pride of the Rose Scholarship Fund, Special Olympics – Southwest Washington and Martha’s Pantry.

Peacock Productions, Inc. Board of Director’s President Maria, Secretary Kimberlee Van Patten, Recording Secretary Jane Arends and Member at Large Scott Hoffman were on hand to receive this most generous gift from the Vancouver Court and Rain Emperor XXXIV Brandon who also serves as a Peacock Productions, Inc. Member at Large.

Since 1996, the Imperial Sovereign Court of the Raintree Empire has donated $40,883.33 to the Audria M. Edwards Scholarship Fund. This awesome total accounts for one quarter of all the scholarship grants awarded in the history of the Audria M. Edwards Scholarship Fund.

We couldn’t be more grateful and proud of our friends and supporters from the Imperial Sovereign Court of the Raintree Empire for all their many, many years of dedication and commitment to The Audria M. Edwards Scholarship Fund. These folks do an amazing job of raising funds one dollar at a time at small shows, auctions, dinners, bar-b-ques, putt-putt golfing events and raffles. You name it, they have done it all in the name of charity and we are thrilled to receive their generous gifts year after year.
